A LITTLE NATURE, A BIG BREAK
Stress is an omnipresent fact in every New Yorker’s life. When stress
becomes overwhelming, it can damage moods and relationships and lead to serious mental or physical health problems. Nature has the ability to reduce stress and increase pleasant feelings. That’s why National Park Services decided to bring nature into people’s lives and help them find relief from the pressures of daily living.
